Heritage Week Open Day – Free Entry and Steam Engines Running

This ANZAC Day, come along to the Powerstation Museum Open Day for a guided tour and experience the mighty John Fowler Steam Engines (the only two of their kind still operating in the world) in action (from 10am). Plus, samples of the world’s first underground electric power cable are now on display at the Powerstation Museum as part of their newest exhibition. Come and explore Tamworth’s history as the First City of Light during the 2019 Tamworth Regional Heritage Festival.
